  1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”) outline the terms of our 2-year fitting guarantee for flooring installation services provided by Abfab Flooring LTD (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). By engaging our flooring installation services, you (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) agree to be bound by these T&Cs.


  1. Coverage

The 2-year fitting guarantee covers any flooring installation services provided by the Company, including but not limited to:

  • Carpet
  • Hardwood flooring
  • Laminate flooring
  • Vinyl flooring
  • Tile flooring


  1. Guarantee Period

The 2-year guarantee begins on the date of completion of the flooring installation and lasts for a period of 2 years from that date.


  1. Guarantee Details

During the guarantee period, the Company guarantees the quality of its flooring installation services. This guarantee includes:

Rectifying any defects in the workmanship of the flooring installation, free of charge.

Addressing issues related to uneven seams, buckling, or loose boards or tiles.

Correcting any problems arising from the installation process.


  1. Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover damage or issues arising from:

Neglect, misuse, or improper maintenance of the flooring.

Accidents, incidents, or damage caused by pets.

Moisture or water damage.

Acts of nature, including but not limited to flooding, earthquakes, or storms.

Subfloor issues not addressed during the initial installation.


  1. Making a Claim

To make a claim under this guarantee, the Customer must:

Contact the Company’s customer service department within 30 days of discovering the issue.

Provide proof of purchase, including the date of installation.

Grant the Company access to the premises for inspection and rectification.


  1. Rectification Process

Upon receiving a claim, the Company will:

Inspect the flooring and determine the cause of the issue.

Provide a written report to the Customer outlining the necessary repairs.

Schedule a date for the repair work to be completed.


  1. Limitations

The Company’s liability under this guarantee is limited to the cost of labour and materials required to rectify the issue. The guarantee does not cover any consequential or incidental damages.


  1. Transferability

This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original Customer who engaged the Company’s flooring installation services.


  1. Entire Agreement

These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company regarding the 2-year fitting guarantee on flooring and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.


  1. Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Relevant Jurisdiction, and any disputes arising from or related to this guarantee shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gloucestershire.


By engaging the services of the Company, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
