Preparing the Perfect Foundation

The existing subfloor required careful preparation to ensure it was ready for the new LVT installation. Our team first repaired any areas that required attention before applying a high-performance smoothing compound to create a flat, solid and consistent surface.

Flooring Chosen to the Client’s Specification

The client selected Karndean Opus REN113 Weathered Elm, a contemporary luxury vinyl plank with warm, natural wood tones that perfectly complements the modern café interior. The floor was installed in a classic straight lay pattern, creating a clean, timeless appearance while offering the practicality and durability required for a busy commercial environment.
